Sonny Brown Associates Is Founded
Irving J. "Sonny" Brown opens the doors of his own commercial real estate firm in El Paso, guided by the belief that trust, hard work, and deep local insight matter more than big-brand logos. From day one, the focus is clear: do right by clients, and deliver results that hold up in the real world.
1984
Growth Begins
Sonny’s son, Adin Brown, comes on board: doubling the company’s size and laying the groundwork for future growth. With Adin’s addition, the firm continues to build relationships with owners, tenants, and investors across West Texas and Southern New Mexico, always rooted in transparency and long-term thinking.
1995
Next-Generation Leadership
Will C. Brown joins the firm, bringing a new wave of energy and expanding service lines in office leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales.
1996
Property Management Division Launches
Recognizing a growing need in the market, the firm establishes its Property Management arm, now a cornerstone of its full-service offering.
2001
